Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We deliver across the UAE within 1–2 business days. Orders to more remote emirates (Fujairah, RAK, UAQ) may take up to 3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are prioritised for same-day dispatch.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD across all UAE emirates. Simply select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout and pay when your order arrives — no card needed.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@lwvynperfumes.com. We'll do our best to help if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.


Pricing & Payment

Are your prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes. All prices displayed on our store are VAT-inclusive. The price you see is the price you pay — no additional charges at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.


Products & Fragrances

Are your fragrances authentic?

Absolutely. All LWVYN fragrances are 100% authentic. We stand behind every product we sell.

How should I store my perfume?

Store your fragrance away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool, dry place (like a drawer or cabinet) helps preserve the scent for longer.

How long does a fragrance last?

This depends on the concentration (EDP, EDT, etc.) and your skin type. Eau de Parfum typically lasts 6–8 hours, while Eau de Toilette lasts 3–4 hours. Applying to pulse points and moisturised skin extends longevity.

Do you offer samples or testers?

Check our current product listings for any available sample sets. You can also contact us to ask about fragrance recommendations before purchasing.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return a perfume?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@lwvynperfumes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer.
