At LWVYN Perfumes, we want you to love every fragrance you receive. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our Commitment

All prices displayed on our store are VAT-inclusive. What you see is what you pay — no hidden charges at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item is not a sale or discounted product (final sale items are non-returnable)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Gift sets that have been opened

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@lwvynperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please provide your account details when contacting us

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
